Imagine poking your head out of the tent to this incredible view of the Night Sky. It’s exactly what I experienced on a multi-day trip to the Lake District with my partner. We spent two nights wild camping, the second night was at Easdale Tarn. I knew we had a clear sky and the potential of aurora activity so I set my alarm for the darkest time in the night and put my head down for a few hours. I was more than happy when I got this image.
