Poppy Field Sunrise in The Peak District

£85.00

Near Bakewell, there are some beautiful farmers fields which burst into colour during summer. Poppies look absolutely stunning in the morning light and bring lots of vibrance into our photography. This is a golden opportunity to discover a true hidden beauty of the Peak District and capture a unique image. There isn’t much walking to do, and it’s fairly simple in terms of setting your composition and waiting for the light. It can quite muddy depending on how many people have been onto the field, and we must be mindful of looking after the ground and not standing on any of the poppies. There are two dates available, Saturday 21st June and Sunday 22nd June. I will note that this location is also great at sunset so it might be worth returning in the evening for some different conditions with everything you have learned from the morning. Throughout the morning we will look at many techniques from beginner to advanced. A few examples could be selecting your camera settings, focus stacking or bracketing.

I tailor my course to you, as best as I can. Assuring that you learn something new and ultimately come out with work to be proud of.

I welcome all questions, photography, location or hiking related. If you wish for some 1:1 guidance and time allows it, then by all means please ask. Not only is this a great opportunity to learn from a professional - but to meet like minded people and make new friends. I often stay in touch with most people from my workshops and share ideas together in a WhatsApp group (I will add you to it if that’s something you’re interested in)

The maximum spaces available will be 4, five people including me. This will allow me to make sure that everyone cant get the help they require and have their questions answered.

Upon booking, I will email you are a short questionnaire about your photography experience, to help me plan the day for you.
